Janet Jackson came to the American Music Awards to gather her flowers and to show you she’s still your girl.
Honestly, the look is pretty cute, although the stage version with the cropped jacket is much more to our liking. It’s comfortable and lets her move, it feels fresh and stylish and very much in her mode, and nothing about it feels tryhard or like an artist past her prime. She looks great.
