It’s an all-Cannes leftovers rundown, darlings. There’s simply too much Cannes-ery still stuck in our folders and we want to get them fully cleared out before the holiday weekend hits, so let’s put our judging pants on and give these poor stars the relief they’ve been begging for for days now. Said relief being our opinions regarding their outfits, of course.
Adrien Brody and Georgina Chapman (in Marchesa) at the “A Private Life” Premiere

He looks fine, as always, and she’s sporting one of the better Marchesa designs we’ve seen in recent years.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Gaurav Gupta at the “Colors of Times” Premiere

We don’t know… the gown is pretty enough, but the coat seems like a lot of fabric without much impact.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Manish Malhotra at “The History of Sound” Premiere

This is gorgeous, however. We wish someone had arranged it better for pictures.
Alba Rohrwacher in Chanel at the “Resurrection” Premiere

Yeah, no. That’s dumb.
Benedict Cumberbatch at “The Phoenician Scheme” Premiere

Works for us.
Cara Delevingne in Miu Miu at “The History of Sound” Premiere

The dress is pretty, if unremarkable. We don’t think the butch mullet works with it and the whole approach feels like a lukewarm K Stew ripoff.
Cara Delevingne in Ashi Studio Couture at the “Colors of Times” Premiere

This, on the other hand, goes too far in the other direction. It’s staid and a little stale.
Ciara in David Koma at “The History of Sound” Premiere

Tacky as hell.
Coco Rocha in Inout Ravzan at “The History of Sound” Premiere

Just an incredibly dumb collection of design decisions, none of which are worth critiquing. This is ugly.
Joel Edgerton at the “Eddington” Premiere

Yep.
John C. Reilly at “The History of Sound” Premiere

We want to call this costumey, but we suspect he dresses like this all the time.
Juliette Binoche in Courrèges at the Chopard Gala

The dress looks like a total pain in the ass to wear, although it does look pretty good on her. The boots are too much.
Juliette Binoche in Giorgio Armani at the “Eddington” Premiere

The suit is great. The hair is awful.
Michelle Rodriguez in Fendi at “The History of Sound” Premiere

The design is overworked and the necklace doesn’t go.
Naomi Campbell in Alaïa at “The History of Sound” Premiere

It’s pretty, but it would look a lot duller on any other wearer.
Patrick Schwarzenegger at “The Phoenician Scheme” Premiere

Oooh, so close. You need to get your pants hemmed and shoot your cuffs.
Renate Reinsve in Louis Vuitton at the “Sentimental Value” Premiere

As much as we hate peplums and lavender, this dress would have worked for us if it had a more proportionate neckline.
