Kat Graham’s got a new Tyler Perry movie coming out and that calls for some “sexy high-powered attorney” fashion. The star of Duplicity made the rounds in New York ahead of the film’s premiere.

Considering all you can really see is the coat – and it’s brown – this is amazingly styled for maximum impact, from the white shoes, to the scarf and the thigh exposure, it seems devised for paparazzi shots. She looks great, but those shades are kind of awful.

We get why you’d want to do an asymmetrical jewelry thing with a dress like this, but it’s a bit overdone. The mismatched earrings look silly and her right hand looks like she can’t raise it. The dress is hot, but simple, so a lot of jewelry isn’t a bad idea, but there’s nothing wrong with a little balance and symmetry. If anything, an asymmetrical design actually benefits from a little contrasting visual balance.
