Prestige film season is either in our rearview mirror or quite a ways down the road, depending on your perspective. Why do we mention this? Oh, no reason. In unrelated news, here are stars Eva Longoria and Paulina Chávez serving up some fairly cute looks at the premiere of Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good Road Trip.

We’re not big fans of mesh or tricky skirts, but this is actually working for us. It’s got a simple, breezy elegance to it that feels just about right for a Disney + movie premiere. The makeup and hair are fantastic. No notes. It just works.

This is super cute. First, her hair and makeup look spectacular. Love the jewelry choices, including the string bracelet and beads, which go well with the “Not taking this too seriously” vibe of a premiere like this. We don’t love bubble skirts, but we don’t mind this one. Our only quibbles are that the waist hits too high and the tights look strange paired with a sleeveless dress.
