Saturday Night Live marked its fiftieth anniversary with a series of high-profile, star-studded events; the first of which was SNL 50: The Homecoming Concert, where all of the stars lined up to see their favorite musical acts of the last half-century – the ones that are still alive, anyway. Also: looks were served! Of varying quality, of course.

We might be able to look past the overtly juvenile style if it were rendered in a different textile, but we doubt it.
Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Baldwin
Pin
Girl, what are you doing with your leg?
Anya Taylor-Joy
Pin
Congratulations to living legend Anya Taylor-Joy for making it out on her 90th birthday.
Ayo Edebiri
Pin
Sexy cute.
Bowen Yang
Pin
This looks great on him.
Brendan Fraser
Pin
It’s a fully put-together look and we have no problem with it but we have to bite our tongues about that hat, knowing some of y’all like to wear them.
Chloe Fineman
Pin
Satin laundry bag.
Chris Pine
Pin
We’ll admit that we prefer cleaned-up Chris Pine but looking at him here, we think he wishes he could go back to Boho Grandpa Chris Pine ASAP.
Christine Baranski
Pin
A classic working a classic look.
Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy
Pin
Just happy to be here.
Dan Levy
Pin
Serving shoulder pad realness.
Jenna Ortega
Pin
This is a fantastic look, but it will never not look strange to us when ladies go bare-legged in sandals under a heavy outfit that’s clearly for cold weather.
John Mulaney and Olivia Munn
Pin
He needs an undershirt (we’re tired of the no-tie, buttoned-up look) and her gown is lovely.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus
Pin
Looks great.
Kate McKinnon
Pin
Also looks great, but we’re a little annoyed by all of the white t-shirts on display here.
Kevin Costner
Pin
Really well-coordinated, flattering, serving country-daddy-in-the-city.
Leslie Jones
Pin
The corset’s great, but it looks dumb with everything else.
Maya Rudolph
Pin
It’s dramatic and it suits her, but the proportions are off and we don’t think that pale yellow is her best color.
Miley Cyrus in Roberto Cavalli
Pin
That’s hot.
Pete Davidson
Pin
That’s fun.
Robyn
Pin
We don’t think we can sign off on those NASCAR jeans.
Sandra Oh
Pin
Great tux. The pearls are a fun idea, but they definitely need to be arranged better.
Sarah Sherman
Pin
She’s so good at chic clownery. That is absolutely a compliment.
Sasheer Zamata
Pin
The skirt is pretty, but that top doesn’t go with it at all.
St. Vincent
Pin
We don’t share her love of socks with pumps, but the rest of the outfit’s really cute.
Tiffany Haddish
Pin
No arguments here.
Tina Fey
Pin
Lots of plain black suits or ladytuxes on this red carpet. No complaints! She looks good.
