Prince Timmée returned to form for the BAFTA Awards, just to show that he can. The star of A Complete Unknown and Best Actor nominee has been using the film’s promotional period and awards season as an opportunity to loosen up his red carpet style and flex a little because he knows he can get away with it, but for this night, he put on his big boy clothes.
And it’s kind of dreary and boring, unfortunately. The necklace is gorgeous and he’s to be commended for the choice, and the shoes are pretty sweet, but that suit is not doing it for him. Maybe he’s been fooling around so much with his style that he’s lost his mojo and can’t work a decent formal look anymore. On the bright side, this is a pretty good indication that he’ll make an effort on Oscar night.
