A whole bunch of stars came out in Paris last night for the Prelude to the Olympics. This being Paris and them being stars, looks were served.

Alan, we adore you, but no one should be trying to make that much rust-colored satin work for them.
Ashlyn Harris and Sophia Bush in Christian Siriano
Congrats on going public ladies! Those are some nutty looks, but we’ll allow them. We’d like Ashlyn’s suit a lot more if the jacket were longer and we’d like Sophia’s dress a lot more if that poofy skirt was toned down considerably.
Charlize Theron in Dior
This is the chicest she’s looked in ages, which makes us think that minimalism is where it’s at for her.
Elizabeth Banks in Harbison Studio
Meh. The dress is basic and that train looks like it was tacked on at the last second.
Emma Chamberlain
Chic et sportif.
Jeremy Allen White in Louis Vuitton
It’s not exciting, but he looks good in it.
John Mulaney
They rarely photograph as anything but casual, but we love a good tan summer suit. We just wish the tie was more interesting.
Lashana Lynch
It’s simple to the point of being generic, but we’re not actually all that mad at it. This may be Paris, but it’s still the Olympics. Hope you got to keep the bag!

Pretty sharp.

The bottom half simply does not go with the top half. We know that’s kind of his whole deal, but it looks especially goofy here.
Queen Latifah
Not too sure about the footwear choice. The outfit’s okay, but neither the top or the pants are fitting her all that well.

Serena Williams in Louis Vuitton
No fuss, looks great.
Shaun White and Nina Dobrev (in Ralph Lauren)
We usually hate monochromatic suits, but he looks great. She’s making a lot of shiny satin work for her.
Snoop Dogg
His golds may not match, but he still looks like a king to us.
Taika Waititi
Shockingly low-key for him. He actually looks pretty great, even if it’s not that photogenic.
Tyla in Louis Vuitton
Looks pretty hot to us.
Yvonne Orji
Love the necklace. That’s an interesting coat.
