Star Wars: The Acolyte star Amandla Stenberg stopped by The Tonight Show to both slay and play. We mean one of those literally. First up, the slayage:
Her hair looks amazing with that dress, which strikes us as a bit formal and grandiose for a talk show, even though it’s a pretty simple design. In this instance, it was smart of her to keep the styling as low key as possible. You put on a couple of diamonds with a dress like that and suddenly you look way overdressed at an occasion like this one. As to why she chose such a potentially formal look, that’s where the literal playing comes in.
She came out to play a little of the Star Wars theme on the violin (see the video below), which was cute and charming and suddenly makes the dress choice feel like a no-brainer.
