A dress that manages to be flimsy and overdesigned at the same time. That weirdly twisted bodice is kind of awful and the “slit” is so high that it ruins the line of the dress. It’s just a swatch of fabric, twisted up and trailing off her. A big nothing of a dress.

Well, none of it is wrong for a Viva MAC Glam event, but none of it is very interesting, either. It’s not bad because it’s tacky, it’s bad because it all looks so cheap.

The dress is hot – in every sense of the word. We probably wouldn’t have rec’d silver accessories with it, but once she opted for that face jewelry, it all went a little costumey, so themey accessorizing is allowed. Her hair is what really makes the look. Any sense of flashiness or tackiness aside, it’s genuinely interesting to look at and takes a great picture. Nailed it, we’d say.
