The stars of IF came out for the New York premiere and some of them even managed to look nice for it! We gave director John Krasinski and his somewhat famous spouse Emily Blunt their own post, but it’s time for the rest of them to line up and prepare to receive our loving judgment.

Alan Kim in Thom Browne

Flawless, adorable, no notes.

Amy Schumer in Argent

The shape of that jacket is terrible and the shoes don’t go.

Awkwafina in Simone Rocha

This is bizarre, but it almost works for her. The accessories are horrible.

Bradley Cooper

Brought his kid. Allowed to take the night off. Even so, this is a Target run outfit.

Cailey Fleming

Very pretty. Also no notes.

Catharine Daddario in Del Core

Enh. We’re getting a little tired of seeing this sort of sculptural gimmick on dresses and we don’t think the white is doing much for her.

Christopher Meloni

The textile looks incredibly cheap and tacky.

Fiona Shaw

Ooof. No, ma’am. The suit’s kind of awful on its own, but you should slap whoever styled it that way for you.

Maya Rudolph in Ulla Johnson
Pin

Cute in that weird way that suits her. We can accept the odd details on the dress, but those shoes are horrible.

Ryan Reynolds in Burberry
Pin

Frankly, we don’t see the point in wearing Burberry and trying to look like the average suburban dad, just as we don’t understand going out in dress shoes and an undershirt.

Steve Carell
Pin

Acceptable. He looks fine and we wouldn’t expect him to be much more adventurous than this.
