Can’t fault the lady for sticking with a theme. After attending the premiere of her new film Rumours practically dripping in gold, Cate Blanchett wore a slightly less grandiose version of the same look for the photo call.
Apparently, she’s in her gold era. This seems a little heavy for daytime at Cannes, but then again, everyone seems to be dressing that way this year. It’s a sharp look. The belt isn’t needed. Sandals might have lightened it a little.
