Miss Issa continued her “I’m just make the promotional rounds ahead of my movie release, which I am NOT promoting” promotional tour by stopping by Andy Cohen’s place in a very Andy Cohen’s place-appropriate sort of look, and by that we mean the kind of dress you put on to go catch a drag show with your gay bestie.

It’s kind of a lot. The color looks great on her, but those detached sleeves look like way more trouble than they’re worth. The dress would be generic without them, but we’d like them more without the crystal bows. In a similar vein, the shoes are fabulous, but she really didn’t need another set of crystal bows to complete the look. Still, it’s bold and bright and fun. You can’t take your eyes off her. It may not be our favorite look in her style history, but it’s getting the job done here.
