If she can’t promote her upcoming film, Taraji P. Henson will just have to make do with being a fabulous advocate. The star of the upcoming The Color Purple stopped by the Today Show to (in her words) talk “about our amazing partnership with @katespadeny and launching our new SheCare Wellness Pods at Hampton University this fall!” She also stopped by the UN to take part in Kate Spade New York’s Global Summit on Women’s Mental Health and Empowerment,” so it was a busy day for her.
Barbiecore is definitely not dead yet. It might have died a natural death if we’d had three full months of Barbiefied red carpets, but since everything got put on hold for the strike, the ol’ trend still has some life in her. This is a really cute late summer look. We have no notes.
It also looks spectacular on camera. Here’s hoping the strike ends before TCP comes out, because we want to see those ladies SERVING this holiday season.
