Well, it’s official. Princess Cathy is definitely in her retro-dotty period. This is the third time she’s worn polka dots this month and at least the second time she’s sported those spectator pumps. She was in Southampton to opened a new residential center for women and their children in the justice system and she chose a look that could not possible have been more appropriately royal for the occasion.
Granted, the whole outfit is a rerun from last summer, when she was going through a similarly dotty period, so maybe this is just a summertime thing for her. Can’t blame her. It’s a great look that comes off effortless.
