Darlings, we’re gonna be real with you here for a minute. We’re throwing this one out to you guys for the final call because we’ve been opinionating on Met Gala 2023 looks for going on 24 hours at this point and your manly hosts need a pizza break before we continue. So here’s the deal:

We freaking love this. Is that stacking the deck? Maybe, but we know you kittens can be a contrarian bunch when you want to. We fell in love with this because it’s an unexpected design coming from Thom Browne, combining Goth, Mexican, Chanel-inspired and even Flamenco elements in a manner that feels perfectly suited to its wearer. We figure some might think it’s a lot or that it’s loaded with cliches, or even that it looks too much like something Wednesday Addams would wear (which is a fair point), but we still love it. Do you have it in you to convince us otherwise?
