For such a simple look, this is pretty appealing. For once, the lack of embellishment, flat hair and matchy shoes all combine well to deliver something chic and understated. We love the stacked bangles, but we think that element might be slightly over done. And while we don’t think jewelry needs to match or coordinate, there’s a pretty big style disconnect between the earrings and the bangles. And speaking of huge style disconnects…

We actually burst out laughing when we saw that her skirt was sheer. It’s actually a nicely understated sheer and we might have appreciated it in a different setup, but that Nana jacket paired with it just makes for a silly juxtaposition. Ma’am, you’re better than this.
