Hunh. We’re not sure we’re feeling this one, Miss Em.
It’s definitely … worth considering. It’s boldly colored, got huge textural interest and a few design elements, like the off-the-shoulder aspect, that give it head-turning appeal. But the belt is off-match and focus-pulling. There’s so much going on already that it didn’t need some thick, tricky belt. We like the shape and style, but we’d love it a lot more if the sleeves and hem had at least a couple of inches hacked off them. She also might’ve been better going up a size in the top, since it’s cutting into her arms pretty bad. On the other hand, it’s different, it’s eye-catching and it suits her in the general sense. The rest is all quibbling over details. Or … not? You tell us:
Emilia Clark’s Quirky Suit:
IN or OUT?
We have no skin in this game, no dog in this hunt, but we’ll still be pissed if it turns out Henry Golding is a ghost or an angel.
