It’s very big, whatever it is. Also bright. But you can’t say it’s not a coordinated look, that’s for sure. You don’t accidentally or randomly step out in this getup.
But y’know? Go do that thing, girl. Go and wear that super-cray shit that causes all the grownups to scratch their heads or tut-tut. You’re seventeen. It’s practically your responsibility to do such things at your age. And if nothing else, you appear to be well-protected from the elements and even possibly a fall from a great height, which makes this ensemble practical on top of everything else.
