Let’s do a thirstmonster check-in, shall we? It’s always useful to see how Nicky and Pri turn it out when the occasion is not one of their own wedding receptions or an appearance to sell a product. It’s just folks. Folks in formalwear.

Enh. No real complaints. His tux fits him fine, which is notable because he tends to prefer teenysuits in order to highlight his swoleness.  Her dress is … well. Imagine a gauge with a needle. Imagine it is labeled CHIC on one side of the gauge and TACKY on the other. The needle’s at 12 o’clock, is what we’re saying. It’s kind of loud and overdesigned. The nude illusion thing is stale. There are too many textiles and embellishments. But it manages to be photogenic and attention-seeking in that oh-so-Pri sort of way without being over-the-top or inappropriate. We guess in the end we’re just saying that we don’t mind this dress. That’s damning it with the faintest of praise, but what can we say? We’ve seen a lot of lace and sheers in our time in the fashion foxhole. We’re hardened and cynical.
