The suit was shocking enough; the fact that it’s almost white even more so. But we actually needed a moment to take in the fact that he was sporting pink tassel loafers. Not that there’s anything wrong with them. They’re fabulous, in fact. But we cannot think of a more off-brand choice for Jason Momoa than those things. The funny part is, we don’t think they look bad on him and we don’t think he minds wearing them at all. It’s all sloppier than it needs to be, considering how easy an outfit like this is, but it makes for a pleasant surprise and coordinates really well with the lei, whether that was planned or not.

We can’t help but laugh at the poor stylist who talked him into pink suede loafers, only to realize there was no way he was going to be able to keep them clean long enough for pictures. It was a brave and bold attempt, but the man is who he is.
