Hey, remember when we said Miss Hailee’s really figured out the whole red carpet thing and how to work it when she’s doing the actress thing? Haha! Joke’s on us! She’s still pretty tacky!
She’s still super-tacky!
It’s a bit much for a movie premiere, but we’re not exactly talking about a prestige Oscar-bait drama here. All things considered, she’s pulling off those “boots” rather shockingly well. And they’re paired perfectly with the dress. We still maintain it’s kind of a tacky look, but it’s the good kind of tacky. Fierce tacky.
The Cena Softening Campaign is in full swing. Granted, Dwayne Johnson didn’t do much to soften his look when he transitioned into film stardom, but that may have been partially due to the fact that he had such a distinct look for a mainstream movie star. There are a million buff white guys vying for super-stardom and we suppose it makes sense for him to take the Mark Wahlberg route rather than the Dwayne Johnson one. Can’t say it isn’t working for him. The longer, darker hair and dyed brows make him look more leading man, less thuggish. And kudos to him for getting the fit on the suit so right. He just needs to take the pants up an inch or so.
