We’ll have a multi-part retrospective of Shelley O’s entire First Lady fashion history later this month, but this will probably be the last post with new material about any of the Obamas and their fashion choices. We has a sad.

Anyway, for her final T Lo appearance, FLO kept things cazh, as the occasion required. We’re loving the coat and the footwear situation, from what we can see of it, but we’re not entirely feeling the Klingon sweater. It doesn’t lay well under the coat and it doesn’t really photograph all that well. We’ve peered at these shots for some time now and we still can’t quite get a handle on what it is.

On the other hand, we’re loving Sasha’s jacket and POTUS’s scarf and blankie game.

We’ll be discussing FLOTUS fashion – and why we have absolutely no intention of covering it going forward – when we sit down for Cafe Q&A at the George Town Club in Washington, next Wednesday, December 7th. Kittens should come out and see us! More info here.
