Namely, high-end attention-seeking and couture drama on a grand scale. It’s about creating an indelible moment on those stairs. If everyone’s talking about you the next day, you’ve won the night, but the real divas get talked about for years after, as we suspect this look will be.

We’re a bit underwhelmed by the pink bustier and the flipped hair, but it almost doesn’t matter what other decisions were made. It’s all about that stunner of a coat. It wasn’t exactly chilly in New York yesterday, so we don’t know how she managed carting around 400 pounds of yellow fur without collapsing, but we suppose that’s what makes her a diva.
