Hunh. This is oddly disappointing. Possibly because we got initially excited and then started noticing all the details.
Krysten Ritter attend the premiere of “big Eyes” at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City in a J. Mendel noir and gold pleated dress with illusion neckline paired with Brian Atwood ‘Chance’ pumps and a J. Mendel ‘Cavallino’ minaudière.
See, our first thought was that she was serving up some lovely Audrey hair and face, while simultaneously having the nerve to work a pleated metallic skirt on the red carpet. That built up some instant good will and we were ready to shout some big gay huzzahs at her. Alas, it was not to be, because in quick order we noticed both the tragically blinding illusion netting and the surprisingly inappropriate business-like shoes poking out from under the disco skirt.
And WHAT is that bodice seam all about? Is she wearing this inside-out or something?
Oh, kittens. Our good thoughts have been dashed on the rocks of poor style choices. Alas.
