It’s a cute dress, but the color is so wrong for her. If this was red, it’d sing on her. The shoes are way too mature, both for her and for that dress. The shades are adorable, though.
Then it all kind of fell apart:

Good god, that is one trashy look. The last time someone dressed like that in Times Square, they were hooking. Those shoes need to be burned and the ground beneath them salted.
