Masters of the Universe stars Nicholas Galitzine and Camila Mendes continue to give it their best shot and we continue to be grateful for their efforts. As we noted before, the best way to sell your silly little He-Man movie is to lend it an air of professionalism, if not prestige, and simply hit that red carpet like you’re expecting nominations. Nothing too grandiose, because then you might come off silly. Just basic (in a good sense) good looks that sit at the appropriate level of commitment and formality. But we do need to reiterate one word here:
Camila Mendes in Archival Roberto Cavalli

Basic. Neither of them are reinventing any wheels or pushing any envelopes. The benefit to sporting a fairly basic red carpet look is that it’s hard to get the details wrong. You get yourself a slinky leopard gown that fits you right and there’s not going to be a lot of handwringing over how to style it. Personally, we think the hanging strap is way too much of an affectation. Also, one cuff is the way to go. Two and your Wonder Woman.
Nicholas Galitzine

Again: very basic. Also, as per the current trend among the celebrity set, wildly off season. Still, it’s a nice jacket and pair of pants. He appears to be wearing a tie under there (we approve) and we should be able to see it better. Unzip a little.
