We gave Anya Taylor-Joy her time in the spotlight because she’s so persistent about demanding it, but let’s check in on the rest of the cast of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie at the Tokyo premiere.
Brie Larson in Rodarte

This is pretty cute. The 1940s retro style works really well for her. We’re only so-so on the color and we don’t love the twisted sleeves, but her hair looks amazing and the brooch looks great.
Charlie Day

This is about as good as it gets with him. It’s a little sloppy and a little casual, but that’s a legitimately great suit. We’re happy to see that belts are back in style, but it looks like his stylist got a little too fancy with this one.
Chris Pratt

Say what you will about him, but Chris Pratt, unlike a significant number of his contemporaries, actually puts the work in when it’s time for him to put on his grownup clothes and be a professional? Do we love this? Not really. The shirt is too shiny and the plaid is too busy to sport head-to-toe, but we can’t claim he half-assed it. The brooch is cute. The watch looks like he won it from a machine.
Donald Glover

Sir, you had us until the footwear.
Jack Black

Let him cook. If Jack Black wants to commit to sequins, we’ll step back and let him do so.
Keegan-Michael Key

It’s DadStyle if Dad was a ghost. Why on earth would you want to wrap yourself up in the color of wet plaster?
