The stars of Stranger Things (some, not all) set their jaws, practiced their smiles and grimly got to work doing one more promotional appearance for a “Season Five Celebration” at the Paley Museum in New York. Actually, for all we know, they’re all crying about it all coming to an end, but we can’t escape the sense that they’re pretty tired of all of it.

These eighties-esque styles always look best on him. We like this, but we would have liked a more defined cuff on the shirt sleeve. And a belt, of course.
Finn Wolfhard
It’s pretty stylish but we’d have liked some sort of contrast in the tie or shirt choice.
Gaten Matarazzo
No arguments here, but yes, he could use a belt.
Jamie Campbell Bower
This feels a little half-assed somehow. He’s been sporting some incredibly stylish haute goth looks on this tour, but this one just isn’t cutting it. It feels like a weirdly styled conventional suit. And speaking of half-assed…
Maya Hawke in Prada
Sorry, but that just looks dumb as hell, especially in New York in December.
Natalia Dyer in McQueen
To our surprise, it turns out she does well with looks that have a bit of a hard edge to them. This is great.
