To be fair, we still have plenty of quibbles. The suit is shiny and a little puckery, but otherwise, it’s a classic style that suits a royal. Can’t say we’re loving the asymmetrical skirt. What we do love are the blue-green accessories, which are a pleasant change of pace for this super-matchy queen. They work well with the pale blue. Unfortunately, her love of plastic footwear and heavy gloves that don’t go with the outfit are still in play. And she continues to have the oddest ideas about where a brooch should go. But overall, we’d count this as one of her better attempts.
