Sometimes, fashion commentary can amount to no more than “Damn, look how hot she looks in that dress.” Sure, the choker thing is a little weird and heavy, but it’s not a dealbreaker by any means. If the proportions were a little better (as in, if they made that thing much smaller and thinner), we’d love it. Love the rather low-key styling. A dress like this doesn’t need anything to elevate it.
