The 2026 Oscar season is now officially official, with the kickoff of The Gotham Awards, where the stars of all the buzziest films of the year put on their carefully selected campaigning outfits and hit the red carpet in New York, full of hope and ambition. Rihanna came out to play the part of supportive partner as A$AP took on a little victory lap after his work in Highest 2 Lowest and If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.

It’s yet another of Ri’s high-fashion Snuggies. The lady prioritizes comfort over anything else when it comes to her public style and while we support that, we simply can’t get behind her love of these giant puffy things. The bucket hat is really cute, though. We appreciate the design of his suit and his willingness to go a little outside the norm while still maintaining a low formal vibe. The odd button placement and askew lapel just look like mistakes, though. We also appreciate a man willing to sport a bag on the red carpet, but he literally looks like she handed him a very fancy diaper bag to carry. Love the earring.
