Surprise tassels! They look very dumb because it’s impossible to sport fringe tassels in fashion and not look like you got tangled up in a drapery tieback. On the other hand, they made us smile because she found a way to be the little fashion freak she’s always been while still keeping the look profesh. We really like that top. It’s a shame the fit is slightly off.
