Robert De Niro did not look happy to be joining his co-star Debra Messing at the London premiere of their long-delayed film The Alto Knights, in which he plays a dual role and she plays one of his wives. Everything about this film sounds a little nuts to us. Anyway, De Niro never looks happy on a red carpet, so we wouldn’t read too much into it.

Enh. It’s fine. We get the impression he just wants to get this release over with and we’ve never looked to him with the expectation that he was going to deliver some sort of style serve. As for her, it’s a perfectly serviceable dress; neither terrible nor terribly exciting. It’s a bit fusty and heavy-looking. The necklace is nice, but we’d have suggested wearing the hair up.
