We’ll tell you what: In order for us to devote any time at all to a sidewalk look on the Friday before the Oscars, you are going to need to serve up something so head-turning that it got us to look away from the red carpet for a second in this, the heaviest red carpet period of the year. Gabrielle Union? That’s your cue.
We’re loving the hair, but it’s that highly unusual outfit that got us to turn our heads. We don’t love carwash skirts or fringe and we’re not going to suggest that this skirt has changed our minds, but it’s all so well-suited to her, and so striking in white, that we find it appealing despite our dislike of certain elements. She just looks great. More importantly, she looks interesting.
