What do you do when an artist whose work had a profound influence on your life turns out to be an utter horror show of a human being? When is it not a good idea to separate the art from the artist? In the wake of the horrifying allegations against Sandman, American Gods, and Good Omens author Neil Gaiman (trigger warning: extreme sexual abuse) published in New York magazine this week, Tom had to do some work unpacking his disappointment and figuring out what to do with all of his Sandman books.
