For the second time in a row, we find ourselves a bit unsure about Wicked star Michelle Yeoh’s style choices and we’re going to have to have you make the final call. We like that she’s in a style period that leaves us wondering what she’s going to wear next, but her look at the Red Sea Film Festival looks a little odd to us.
We think this one might come down to how much you love gray velvet. We admit, it’s not a shade that sets us on fire. Personal taste aside, the lightness of the shade tends to put too much focus on the seaming and not enough on the keyhole. We know she’s a lady with an extensive and impressive jewelry collection of her own, but this is definitely not a dress that called for a heavy necklace. Take that off, switch out all of the gray for black and this would be a killer look. Right now? We don’t know… kind of disappointingly (and uncharacteristically) awkward. Agree? Disagree? Let’s hear it.
