Because sometimes, the most stylish man in America just needs a night off, you know? Future Met Gala co-chair Colman Domingo stopped by the opening night of NewFest, the New York LGBTQ+ Film Festival to pick up Voice & Visibilty award for himself and sit down for a little chat. He kept the look more casual than we’re used to seeing from him.
We’re kind of torn about this. On the one hand, these sit-down chats have a more casual vibe and NewFest isn’t nearly as fashion-focused as a lot of other film festivals. On the other hand, this just doesn’t look all that great on him. We like the shirt and the shoes, but the shape of those pants flatter absolutely no one and we can’t wait for this style to fade away. We suspect the sweater is very expensive, but in pictures, it looks like something you throw on to make a bodega run at ten pm.
