Since we included this look in our Cosmo writeup of the best and worst on the Emmys red carpet last night, and since we’re a weensy bit worn out from nearly round-the-clock opinionating on said red carpet, we’re turning the final call over to y’all. We’ve long felt that The Bear star Ayo Edebiri hadn’t quite mastered the red carpet; choosing looks that were quirky, but not necessarily the most photogenic or the best suited for her.

As we noted in the Cosmo piece, this feels like a huge step-up if not a personal best for her. But in the harsh light of day, we’re wondering if it doesn’t look a little stiff and shiny, if it needed a better lining, if the sandals were the right choice for it, if the color story flatters her, and if the styling is up to the level of the dress. But we’re not going to come to any conclusions on the aforementioned. That’s what you’re here to do.
