The cast of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania hit the London premiere red carpet in high (mostly) style. Let’s judge them!

The cut of this suit is really odd and unflattering on him. Jacket too small and pants too big. The current trend for houndstooth and glen plaids on the red carpet is not going well. These patterns just don’t photograph well under most red carpet lighting conditions.

It’s a great color and a design so classic it’s nearly impossible to get it wrong. She did about as well as she could have with the satin situation, but it’s still an unfortunate situation.

As we noted yesterday, we tend to think all of this is one big affectation, from the lack of collar points to buttoning too many jacket buttons to picking the worst possible footwear and then deliberately fucking up your pants to show them off. We’re not into it and we think it’s dumb. You’re a red hot actor. You don’t have to go fashion-clowny to make yourself more interesting.

She’s doing all of the heavy lifting and it’s not even her movie. It’s a nice dress, but we don’t think the color is the best choice for her. We have no idea why he’s wearing such a huge suit.

Credit where it’s due: she finally got herself a good haircut. That messy pixie she was sporting looked terrible on her. To be fair, we don’t think this hairstyle suits her at all, but at least it’s not a mess. The dress and cape are fun, but we think dying your hair to match them and sporting earrings that match the fringe is a really unimaginative way of styling it.
