We’ve gotta hand it to Glass Onion co-stars Kate Hudson and Janelle Monae. Long after the rest of the cast have seemingly gone home for the holidays, they’re still out here on these international streets, serving looks on the promo tour. There’s nothing we love more than a star who puts in the work, old-school style. Actually, there is at least one thing we love more: judging them.
Kate Hudson in Pamella Roland
It’s a shame the sleeves are so long on her and that the jacket might be a little snug, because it’s a really great suit for a December premiere. The makeup job is kind of odd, though; somehow managing to be both too clean and too heavy at the same time.
Janelle Monáe in Alexandre Vauthier Couture
We’re sorry to see that this doesn’t photograph well under red carpet conditions, because even under the harsh lighting we can tell that it has a richness to it that makes it a perfect cold-weather chic sort of look. The retro hair is a pleasant surprise although we’re not convinced it suits her.
