Words you may not have ever thought you’d read on this site: We owe Nick Jonas an apology. See, we were so deep in the weeds of Sandman recapping that the pictures of the rather notable ensemble he wore to the Cedars-Sinai Board of Governors 50th Anniversary Gala has been sitting in our drafts for days now. The poor guy just wants to know what T Lo think of his outfit and we’ve been denying him the blessings of our judgment all this time. Well, wait no more, Nick Jonas.

It is a whole lot of look and it feels a little bit like he’s jumping on the Bode train after guys like Chris Pine and Ethan Hawke made it trendy, but we actually love all of this for him. The pants are the same pair Hawke recently wore on Seth Meyers’ show. The shirt is gorgeous. The boots are kind of hilariously wrong for it. We can see the argument for them, but we think they pull focus away from much more interesting things to look at.
