Why, Miss Tessa. You have managed to shut our mouths; not because we are agog over your look – well, that’s not quite true; we are agog, but in this instance, we are wondering if we should also be aghast. We are confused, you see. On the one hand, we’re pretty sure we don’t love that textile. On the other hand, the design of this dress manages to do something we’ve been begging the fashion world to do for the last several years. It manages to put an interesting and unexpected spin on the tired see-through dress trend.
It’s really only so-so from the front, but it’s gorgeous from the back. It’s also well-suited to her and has a vaguely retro-futuristic vibe that makes it appropriate for the event if you’re into theme dressing. The hair and makeup is gorgeous and they both do a lot to make the dress appear more interesting than it might actually be. Know how little you kittens tend to like sheer gowns, we figured we’d throw this one out to y’all for the final call. Is its suitability and slight strangeness make up for being sheer? Does the textile work for you? Is the styling making it better? So many questions to ask, but you only need to answer one of them:
