In this case: a black dress with a pair of kickass (if wholly impractical) shoes, an utterly snatchable bag, and don’t-talk-to-me shades. Oh, and white feathers. Lots and lots of them. Sashay down that sidewalk with attitude, girl.

You’re gonna need all the attitude you can muster just to stay upright in Manhattan July weather in a freaking turtleneck with inexplicable feathers. Weird frock choice aside, the accessories are all fabulous. Yes, even the boots. She wouldn’t be Gaga without painfully impractical footwear.
