WERQ From Home: Gal Gadot in Alaïa and Gabriela Hearst

Gal Gadot has been a busy little Wonder Woman lately and she hasn’t let her pregnancy slow down her promotional time or have any effect on her style – except to maybe improve it. We think our approval of her style choices shot up since she announced she was expecting largely because her choices have been kind of unusually great across the board. Far it be for these two super-manly dudes to make broad generalizations, but it’s been our observation that for some women, pregnancy unlocks a higher level of style in them. These looks are just plain fantastic.

The fit is superb (and looks comfortable and workable), the colors are amazing on her, and the flat sandals are the perfect accessory. Just a gorgeous look for sitting around at home and chatting with a Vanity Fair editor, as one does.

Crochet and knitwear can be really hard to work in a high-fashion, red carpet sort of way, but we love this on her. We wish the hem wasn’t so off-kilter, but aside from that, this is another perfect look; great colors, interesting texture, with a sort of relaxed Boho feel that’s just perfect for her at this time. Again, she looks great in the flat sandal (note the discarded heels in the background; Mama wasn’t about that nonsense tonight).
