We are absolutely, 100 percent, head over heels in love with this look. Yes, really. Every bit of it. We’ll take that further: It’s early days and things could change at any time, but this is very much in the running for best menswear red carpet look of the year; we love it that much. It’s so perfectly suited to him, so beautifully executed and tailored, so uniquely eye-catching that we just can’t help being impressed. We can see how the hat or the props might be a little distracting, but don’t let that prevent you from seeing how fine all of the various pieces are. When it comes to most menswear, it’s really hard to combine high-fashion techniques and sensibilities with whimsy and self-expression. He’s making it look effortless – and hot.
