Miss Lizzo arrived to pick up her Billboards Music Award trophy dressed to send a message to the public through her fashion. Let’s all see if we can decipher it.
Okay, we think it has something to with the upcoming presidential election. But wait, what’s this? Can there be a further message hidden on her very self? Computer, enhance.

A-ha! We were right! It DOES have something to with the election! Miss Julianne Moore sent similar cryptic announcements through her dress recently. When Christian Siriano sent a couple of VOTE pieces down the Spring 2021 runway, it was clear that the intention wasn’t to get it in stores but to get it on the backs of the people those pieces were made for: big stars. That’s Christian’s bread-and-butter and he was savvy-as-hell to utilize it this way, knowing that someone extremely influential would wear it in front of the largest possible audience. Kudos to everyone for producing this not-remotely-subtle fashion moment in the least subtle year of our lives.
Oh, and she looks great to boot.
