Venice Film Festival: Vanessa Kirby in Armani Privé: IN or OUT?

Miss Vanessa won the Coppa Volpi award for Best Actress at the Venice Film Festival for her portrayal in Pieces of a Woman. Does this mean she’s on the Oscar track? We hope so because she’s fabulous and we love to see a member of The Crown cast break out like this, but it depends on a ton of factors, of course. But if we want to presume she’s on her way to Oscar consideration, what do you think of her red carpet approach here?

There’s no denying she can handle these sorts of minimalist designs well. And we definitely don’t get the impression she’s the type who’d go for anything too fussy or trendy, but we would ever-so-gently (and only if asked, of course) suggest to her that she might want to step things up a little on the style front. But that’s just us and as we all know, we’re notorious bitches about such things. The question put to you today is – are you? Notorious bitches, that is? In other words …
