This isn’t some deep costume analysis nor is it a recap or a review of last night’s episode of Killing Eve, “Meetings Have Biscuits.” We’re just hungry for fashion right now and this show is serving it up by making sure Comer’s Villanelle always has something worth discussing on her back. She’s a killer with style and in this red carpetless world, we’ll take it. Season three costume designer Sam Perry has an eye for good styling choices and seems to know what works best for Comer. Both of these looks are fabulous and even a little editorial, but that doesn’t mean they’re not real-world wearable. It just takes a little nerve and a little verve.

Personally, we’re feeling the look book styling a bit more, but the big yellow satin pants are definitely more of Villanelle’s kind of thing.

The show styling is MUCH better than the look book here. Thank God they didn’t put her in Birkenstocks – but then, why would they? The Proenza Schouler boots look so much better with it. This is a sort of updated Annie Hall with a bit of a twist – almost literally. The drawstrings can come off awfully gimmicky but they didn’t overdo it.
