The red carpet pickins have gone from slim to dire, which is maybe why we’re giving Miss Christina the spotlight? Who’s to say? Besides, even on a busy week, we’d like to think we’d take some time to showcase this particular … effort.

We’re confused. Or perhaps she’s confused. All we know is, confusion reigns, darlings. We simply don’t get what we’re looking at. Sure, the dress is kind of standard in a tacky-gown sort of way. The color story, satin, and gigantic bow are certainly all on trend. We don’t like this dress, but taken on its own, we understand it. Why on earth she’d pair it with thigh-high patent-leather Lady Marmalade platform boots has eluded us. And we SUPER-DUPER hope that top knot isn’t some sort of attempt to be “Asiany” with the styling – although we’re not sure there’s any other explanation for it that makes sense. Also: Why is it all such a mess? She looks like she ran all the way there – and tripped a couple of times along the way.

Christina, help us out here. What IS all this?
