This is the best, most striking, most interesting thing she’s worn in some time. Her style direction in recent years… let’s just say it hasn’t been to our tastes, more often than not. We have a few minor quibbles with the proportions – the fullness of the skirt isn’t well balanced by the top half, something that might have been improved with more of a sleeve situation. But we really love how this checks off a couple of different boxes for her. It has a very old-school Vogue-cover quality to it, but it also has a little bit of an edge, and the rich earthy-gold color story looks amazing on her, especially with her hair styled that way. Just an all-around fantastic look.
